We use wooden storage pods not shipping containers. The 2 storage types offered are very different, although shipping containers are good for some users we would never recommend storing furniture for long periods of time in shipping containers. Shipping containers are sealed units which means they do not 'breathe' and no matter how well you wrap your furniture they will sweat and condensation will be prominent inside the shipping container. This type of storage will produce 'micro environments' inside and this will cause damage long term.
All our storage is inside a big warehouse with CCTV and fire/intruder alarms; even though our warehouse is not temperature controlled our storage units are wooden which enables them to breathe which prevents any condensation. Once more we are 'master movers' so can give you expert advice with how to pack your goods in store.

Our facility is underwritten by Insurastore.com which is the biggest storage insurer in the UK.

We always advise coming in first to have a look at our storage facility to make sure it works for you, no need to schedule an appointment, just turn up and we will happily show you around and discuss the options.
We advise booking in advance, even though we have an 8000sqft facility we can never guarantee that we have storage space unless you book in advance. You can book by paying for 4 weeks storage in advance as a deposit and signing our forms, this can be done in person or via email.
We ask for a £100 deposit upfront as a security and we also charge 28 days in advance. This can be paid by cash or debit/credit card.
We then take further payments direct from your bank account every 28 days until you give us notice to terminate.
Payment is always made in advance as we are unable to offer credit facilities to the public. We can place Limited businesses on account - just ask a member of staff for an account form.

We have a minimum storage period of 28 days which we charge for, you can empty your storage at any time before this we just charge for this minimum period.
We ask for 14 days notice, you can empty your storage at any time before this we just charge for 14 days from being notified.
If you give us notice we can move your containers to the front of the warehouse for making unloading a lot easier and super quick!
